The aesthetic goal was coastal without kitch, and needed to pull together a light blue wall color as well as an existing sofa, navy striped rug and brass coffee table. The functional goal was to maximize seating and work around a corner gas fireplace unit. We added spindle chairs in a fabulous fabric, framed the sofa with matching accent tables and lighting, added poufs and layered a sisal rug to visually expand the room.
